Returns

All sales are final. We do NOT accept returns.

If the product you received happens to be defective or damaged, we will offer either a replacement item, exchange, or store credit.

Shipping

Items are shipped from California, Unites States of America.

USA orders tyically arrive in 4-5 days.

International Shipping

We do not cover international shipping at this time. Shipping is available at the customers expense. Please reach out for a quote before placing an order at thedvqproject@gmail.com.

Exchange

Your item(s) must be received in 15 days in order to inspect and conclude exchange eligibility. Once your return is confirmed, we will be able to move forward with your exchange.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error. The amount issued will exclude all shipping costs, including custom duties, charges and/or taxes.

How to make an exchange

To start an exchange, please contact thedvqproject@gmail.com. You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your exchange. We will let you know if your exchange has been approved or not. When approved, you will be receiving the next steps in your email to move forward with the exchange.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix the issue.
